Biden adding extra push on a previous Trump executive order - How do political partisans feel about this?

Biden is adding onto Trump's 'Buy American' executive order by actually adding solid goals and dates to achieve it by. Do Trump supporters now hate this move that previously liked it? Do Biden supporters now like this move that previously hated it?

It's not the same move, though, is it? Trump's agenda on the American economy and the industries that fuel it were based on bias, on arrogance and on short-sighted vision. There's nothing wrong at all with "Buy American" except the higher prices. We should celebrate what this country can do. We should not close borders to trade, violate agreements, tariff others so as to hurt our own laborers and dictate to the world that the US has no need of things from the outside.

The difference is subtle but it's there.
