Biden is adding onto Trump's 'Buy American' executive order by actually adding solid goals and dates to achieve it by. Do Trump supporters now hate this move that previously liked it? Do Biden supporters now like this move that previously hated it?

I love it when this kinda thing happens and people twist themselves in knots trying to portray themselves as consistent or just run away from not entirely

@adorbz Part of why I asked. Trying to see if I can find people who like or hate something based on the policy rather than in who implemented it. The most consistent group seems to be those that already didn't feel strongly one way or the other.
