How conservative is "the base" for real...?
"The base" expresses their dismay for those Republicans who didn't violate the Constitution while they praised deficit spending, elimination of free market trade, and insurrection.

Y'know, it's really hard for me to say. Every time I think I have a definitive answer, something else happens that changes it. Sometimes I hear the things that right wing voters say and I'm convinced that they're steeped in neoconservatism, but then I see people do shit like explain a social democratic concept to them but without giving it away, and they're pretty reasonable about it and I think maybe not. I really don't know.
