I'm in England so maybe you won't accept my opinion: the general view in Europe is that as no tangible evidence [of fraud]has been put before the courts thus far, the election results will be upheld.

@Budwick you must be right. The fact that
the evidence is overwhelming and openly discussed in court
must be the reason why Trump’s so-called legal team 🤡 have won every single one of...oh wait..,🤭

@ArtieKat We all know they've been smothering us with those assertions, which are incorrect...the media notwithstanding. It really requires knowledge of each state's election laws, and the many violations thereof. Most of the states with the alleged fraud have bypassed the state's legislature...sort of a kangaroo style election...and the clerks, courts, and whomever have just decided to do things any which way.

@ArtieKat I will refrain from being snotty...since you are unable.
Each state has election laws. They are determined by the state legislature. When a group of clerks decide to change the election procedures bypassing the legislature, it is an illegal procedure. When an attorney general or a Secretary of State change election procedures without running the changes through the state legislature it is an illegal procedure.
Violations of state laws have occurred.

@Dlrannie I guess you haven't been following very close. Try watching the public hearings being held in various states. Lots of evidence of fraud being presented. Sadly the US constitution does not have a mulligan clause. It has other remedies of which I am not really happy but I do understand that mulligans are a bit of a mugs game.

@hippyjoe1955
The trouble is, you forget to mention that all the so-called evidence is then laughed out of the respective courts.
Not looking good for old Trumpelstiltskin now does it? 🤭

@Uachtarain Not yet. Wait and see child. Rome was not built in a day. The real cases are just recently entered and the rejection of them simply hastens the day that they come before the supreme court. I heard that Georgia managed to wipe all the machines yesterday despite a court order not to do so. I then saw a video of the machines being moved once again against a court order. If there was no fraud I have no idea why they are so busy trying to cover their tracks.

@hippyjoe1955 Public Hearings organised by the Republican Party or for that matter any other party are not the same as putting evidence in front of a Law Court.
hippyjoe1955 · 70-79, M
@Dlrannie No they were open hearings where evidence was presented. Do try to keep up.

@hippyjoe1955 Still not in a court of Law though were they.
