Counting U.S. votes in Spain? Related to Questionable computer software?

Why the F are our votes (US votes) being counted in Spain? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think we (Americans) count any European votes or any other nations' votes. And, why are [i]your[/i] votes being done in facilities that sort nuts, eggs, and soy products? Where in the H did the days go when there were dedicated facilities to count the votes and dedicated facilities to sort nuts, eggs, and soy products? It appears this whole mess has created a distorted pattern of behaviour to make it look like Hidin' Sleepy Baby-trump's America is a disaster. And, that's just not right.
