This nonsense originally came courtesy of a tweet from Kyle Becker of Fox News. It was then picked up by Breitbart (which seems to be the source of nearly all of your astounding revelations).

However , Breitbart News reported that a team of investigators had been dispatched to a Georgia county over the weekend after officials discovered an alleged issue with the reporting of ballots.

The story concluded that the issue had been resolved.

i.e It was just more bullshit.
