Then when the rates of infection rose and rose, and the DEATH TOLL CLIMBED AND CLIMED...he said it would "Just disappear".

I’m excusing him because he shares my political views. I don’t know that he down played it but if he did I’m not concerned about it. I hope that that doesn’t horrify you. It’s not because I’m trying to justify him it’s because I feel the same way he does. I wear my mask because I have to but I’ve been more than will not to congregate with people and to social distance. I just think that everyone has to wear a mask in every store is a bit overplayed. That doesn’t mean I want people to get sick or die. If I share that I’m likely to get criticized for it so I keep it to myself. @Pikachu

You know what, do me a favour and research the Spanish flu. The disease that killed more people than WW1 Learn about what happened back then, how americans like you didn't think they ought to wear masks or social distance.

Think about how many people have died during this pandemic even WITH social distancing, masks and lockdowns and consider what the consequences would be if there have been no limits.
