@Harriet03 So 'splain how insuring the electors must vote as the people who elected them must cast their vote as chosen by the voters is open to interpretation?
@sunsporter1649 Yeah, you missed it. Go do some research before she responds to you.

@sunsporter1649 You are aware that your article boils down to the idea that states decide? That actually means that it's open to interpretation.
sunsporter1649 · 70-79, M
@Kwek00 LOL, yes, we know, unless it perfectly fits your agenda its open for interpretation, right?
Kwek00 · 41-45, M
@sunsporter1649 Well, if every state has diffrent laws concerning this... that means every state interpretates it diffrently. If it wasn't open for interpretation, you would have the same law in every state.
sunsporter1649 · 70-79, M
@Kwek00 And since the majority of states have laws compelling that electors cast their ballots for the candidate selected by the voters, the ruling confirmed that the electors must follow state law. Where's the interpretation there?
Kwek00 · 41-45, M
@sunsporter1649 They probably all have diffrent laws about how to deal with that too? And "the majority of the states" still means that there are other interpretations.

And to quote the professor that is actually in favor of these laws:
"States certainly would be better off by imposing some statutory basis ... for removing or sanctioning rogue electors," Charles said, adding, "But I don't see anything in this opinion that requires them to do so."
@Kwek00 Give it up. It's too late to change the laws in 57 states to throw the election to punxsutawney joe
Kwek00 · 41-45, M
@sunsporter1649 I don't know where that comes, but what ever Sporter 🤷‍♂️

@sunsporter1649 The "left" will be pleased, with the ruling. The right won't!!
