Today? Been responsible for the social security and medicare deductions from my check, so my retirement can be supplemented and very comfortable.

Clean water
Good school system in my state and the state I grew up in.

I'm probably missing a bunch. In other words far more than the Republican Party, which has done nothing productive since Dwight Eisenhower left office.
