@sunsporter1649 Locking people up if necessary. It is extreme, but when it was just a few hundred people it would have been worth preventing 86k deaths. Murderers are being locked up for thousands of times longer to prevent hundreds of fewer deaths each.

@sunsporter1649 I know, but it doesn't matter how many were properly quarantined. What's important is how many weren't. And the virus got out and spread like crazy, so clearly too many people were able to go out and about freely.
