The only difference is Obama did not intervene in the court system to shorten the sentence of a convicted criminal who lied to Congress. Plus Trump has done the same thing Obama did, which is release non-violent offenders who were in prison for possession of drugs. So why is it a problem with what Obama did?

If you really cared, with as much hate and criticism as you give Obama you would also do the same for Trump instead of being so two-faced. Because a president intervening in the court system to give a lesser sentence to someone who DID lie to congress is an issue.

@SW-User You mean commuting the sentences of convicted drug dealers is not intervening in the court system! And if you look real close, you will discover Stone ha not been sentenced to anything yet, so how did President Trump intervene in a sentence that does not exist?

And also if you look real close you will discover democrats are Constitutionally protected from prosecution, no mater the offence to Congress

So pardoning non-violent offenders who are in jail for the dumbest crime of possessing weed or drugs in general, makes reducing a sentence on someone who lied to Congress okay? I'd support pardoning a non-violent drug offender over reducing a sentence on someone who lied to Congress, obstructed justice, and prevented witnesses from testifying any day.
