If that's all he did his hands are ostensibly clean of wrongdoing. However...

A disgruntled former partner (I'm fighting the urge to say government paid witness) says otherwise and he's guilty of "cajoling" and key cracking, but it's not a very playable hand for obvious reasons. At least they're obvious to anyone that understands how to use data tulez.
