Who is better skilled... someone who gets booed and serenaded with the chant "Lock him up" or someone who can dodge a thrown shoe?

Not sure but I bet if Trump ever gets a shoe thrown at him he will claim it was the biggest shoe ever thrown at any president in the history of the World. Cheers!
