Good. I don’t know what’s wrong with that. They should pay their fair share.

@SW-User Define "fair share".
SW-User
@sunsporter1649 paying an equal percentage of their income like everyone else.
sunsporter1649 · 70-79, M
@SW-User You really believe they are not doing so now?
SW-User
@sunsporter1649 With Trump giving them tax cuts making them richer they aren’t. No wonder people see him as a socialist for the rich.
sunsporter1649 · 70-79, M
@SW-User Would it not be logical to cut taxes to folks who pay taxes? After all, if someone does not pay any Federal Income Tax how do you cut those folks taxes?
SW-User
@sunsporter1649 Then why under Trump are the rich getting richer? Because under his plan it benefits the very wealthy as well as large corporations more than it does the working class.
sunsporter1649 · 70-79, M
@SW-User Why not? You would prefer we line the rich up against a wall, take all their wealth, and shoot them?
SW-User
@sunsporter1649 I’d prefer the rich to pay their fair share that can be redistributed to benefit the working and the middle class, institutions and infrastructure, education systems, etc.

I don’t know where you got putting them up to a wall and shooting them from. Plus is it taking all of their wealth? No. These are millionaires and billionaires, who make 4 million an hour or more. So how would they run out?
sunsporter1649 · 70-79, M
@SW-User "To each, according to their needs, from each, according to their ability."
SW-User
@sunsporter1649 Well since you don’t have a problem with giving money to the wealthy to make them richer, which is a form of socialism, then you shouldn’t have a problem with the wealthy redistributing their wealth. You can’t say you hate socialism but support giving out money to the rich to make them richer which as stated before is a form of socialism.

@SW-User Define "wealthy" Whoops, forgot, it someone who has one penny more that you have. And of course the "wealthy" do not pay any income taxes, property taxes, business taxes, port taxes, employee taxes, investment taxes....
SW-User
@sunsporter1649 one penny more? The 1% make millions or more while the 99% of Americans who work a 40 hour job, making less than 50,000, while living paycheck to pay check.
of course the "wealthy" do not pay any income taxes, property taxes, business taxes, port taxes, employee taxes, investment taxes....
How much is the question. Plus it’s been reported that America’s richest 400 families now pay a lower tax rate than the middle class, so explain that.
Define "wealthy" Whoops, forgot, it someone who has one penny more that you have.
Yeah, I think you have forgotten. The real definition of wealthy is:

having a great deal of money, resources, or assets; rich. Who would fit under it? the 1% who make a lot more than just a penny more.

@SW-User Jealous?
SW-User
@sunsporter1649 No. that’s all you got out of that? Wow.
sunsporter1649 · 70-79, M
@SW-User I just can not figure out otherwise why you are so interested in other peoples money
SW-User
@sunsporter1649 Since when is that investing in other people’s money? millionaires and billionaires make a shit ton of money every day. So logically they should pay more in taxes, not pay less from the tax cuts they receive to get richer while everyone else pays more in taxes.
sunsporter1649 · 70-79, M
@SW-User According to the IRS, they do.

@sunsporter1649 Upon reading your source, the data is from 2016.
sunsporter1649 · 70-79, M
@SW-User Latest data available, if you read it closely
SW-User
@sunsporter1649 All I'm seeing is data from 2016. Plus it states on the last page it does not include any impact from the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. Which was passed in 2017.
