You Trumpanzees are absolute idiots. There is NO requirement that a vote be held to launch an impeachment inquiry. It is not in the constitution. It is not in any federal statute. It is not in the House rules. The "precedent" you Trumpanzees site is a mere two previous occasions of impeachment inquiry. It doesn't happen very often. In the case if the Nixon impeachment inquiry, the inquiry investigation was in full swing and had gathered lots of evidence before a formal, full House vote was taken. At best it is "tradition," not jurisprudent "precendent." It's kind of like Trump not releasing his tax returns even though it's been done for the last 50 years. There is no law or rule that says he has to do it, so he didn't do it.

Since you must have attended the meeting and heard at what point the inquiry is at then you should be able to tell all of us exactly how it went, who said what, and why it was decided that it was not time for the vote ?
