Until now, has the USA government ever asked another (foreign) government to investigate a USA citizen?

Should the USA government outsource its investigation activities to foreign governments?

Joe Biden, when he was VP, threatened to withhold $1 billion in United States loan guarantees if Ukraine’s leaders did not dismiss the country’s top prosecutor, who had been accused of turning a blind eye to corruption in his own office and among the political elite.
Among those who had a stake in the outcome was Hunter Biden, Mr. Biden’s younger son, who at the time was on the board of an energy company owned by a Ukrainian oligarch who had been in the sights of the fired prosecutor general.
I see no harm in asking the Ukrainian government to look into that matter

@GJOFJ3 Baby-trump withheld aid to the Ukraine until it was revealed there was a whistle-blower; then he released the money. And, while Baby-trump and Giuliani gave you the story you are reciting, the facts show that Biden on behalf of the USA along with the EU, and the United Nations wanted that prosecutor removed... and not to protect Hunter Biden.

So, you and Baby-trump and Giuliani and "the base" should have no problem in investigating everything... including just exactly why Baby-trump pressed Ukraine 8 times on the same call.. which is a lot even for Baby-trump who loves to repeat himself over and over again and used extortion tactics to get his point across until he was called out for it.

The funny thing is, you are probably open to investigating everything... you know because you want to be fair and look into the full matter. But, the funny part is, Baby-trump and Giuliani only seem to want to investigate the Biden side of the story.

@MarkPaul I'll wait for the facts

@GJOFJ3 No, you won't. That's a nice sentiment, but, you have already revealed your true colours. You will wait for the next set of "alternative facts" for you to recite.

@GJOFJ3 Taking lessons from Baby-trump and Giuliani in contradicting yourself, I see. Interesting...
GJOFJ3 · 61-69, M
@MarkPaul nope. I'll wait for facts on Trump's phone call. Joe Biden himself said he told Ukraine to fire the prosecutor of we would withhold the loan guarantee
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@GJOFJ3 As a representative of the USA (not himself) and along with the EU, the Ukraine itself, and the EU. So, once again, all you are relying on is the Giuliani story and a few second piece of video where Biden said he told the Ukraine prosecutor to fire him. It's no different than Baby-trump telling John Kelly to fire Jeff Sessions. EXCEPT... Biden was carrying out a request among Allies and Baby-trump was carrying out a cover-up operation.

But, you keep fooling yourself. After all, you have to live with yourself.

@MarkPaul wrong again. Joe said it. You can hear it for yourself if you are willing to look
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@GJOFJ3 And, you are only listening to a 52 second sound edited clip out of laziness that tells the Giuliani story. And, that's how you are hearing what you want to hear. You continue to be wrong at every turn out of a sick convenience to support a corrupt cry-baby who has become a worldwide laughing stock.

@MarkPaul wrong again.

@GJOFJ3 Thanks for sharing more lies and your anti-American attitude. It's helpful to see how far people (like you) will go to avoid the facts.

@MarkPaul I'm waiting. Since you were too lazy or blindly partisan, I gave you the link of Joe Biden bragging about forcing the Ukrainian government to fire the prosecutor and taking full credit. Is this fake news to you?
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@GJOFJ3 You keep playing the same 52 second clip of Biden representing the USA interests... along with the EU, the Ukraine government, and the United Nations who also wanted that same prosecutor fired. Why do you keep leaving that part out? You think the EU, the Ukraine, and the United Nations wanted to protect Biden's son?

And... a sitting president admitting that he reached out to a foreign government to investigate a USA citizen is an abuse of power... so even if Biden did something wrong that hardly lets Baby-trump off the hook. Abuse of power doesn't get excused because someone else did something wrong too. What don't you understand about that?
