Do u think assault rifles be banned here in the US ?

Its about time we looked at this story once again. But what about assault rifles in the US ?
What do you think. Are they really necessary ? I mean any gun can kill you. But these type of guns are for war mainly. It was built to destroy you from the inside out. What do you think SW.

I believe you are referring to the semi automatic sporting rifle. "Assault rifle is a made up term intended to sound scary. No I do not think a ban of any sort is needed or desirable. What should be done? Stop letting people who are trying to sell potato chips tell you what to think!
