@GardenSage Yeah, "the base" are such angels. All they want is a fair shot and to stop being victimized and to be able to call themselves "conservatives" for a change while they promote government handouts, trillion dollar pus deficits, words that talk about jobs and economic opportunity in exchange for more pollution, reliance on "clean" coal, corruption, and being told how great they are. That's all they want. What's so wrong with that?

"The base" is filled with hatred and manipulative people who use that hatred as a tool. It's what Baby-trump does, it's what his slavish number fan, Mike Pence does, and it's what you are trying to do. Let's not make any mistake about that.

That’s what independence is based on you know....

And if you can’t see that the same party which voted to keep slavery wants to put a cap on opportunity via taxes and redistribute wealth (not enough) to put everyone (except stratified elite) into one (very low) economic class and that it’s still a form of slavery....
