The explanation I like, personally is that Republicans and voters seem to be wavering in their support of Trump, but of course, I'll admit that's an opinion and don't even joke about divine inspiration or infallibility.

And Misty's opinion means less to me than the opinion of the neighbors cat.

@Budwick I wouldn't say Trump support wavering is a "concern," for me, but I don't think Trump is even trying to do anything for the country.

If you do, or if you buy that he and the US are one and the same, then I guess it might be a concern to you.

But given our apparent fundamental disagreements, I'm not sure I'm in a position to really put myself in your shoes.

It literally feels as though there's less confidence among Trump's base. He's a walking contradiction and much of what he does seems to fly in the face of what a smart businessman would do.
