Australian Politicians showing their true colours?

Once again, in an attempt to expose Politicians rorting their allowances, the Western Australian Upper House President has stated the MP who released related e mails to the CCC(Corruption and Crime Commission)could be in breach of Parliamentary Privilege and may be held in contempt of Parliament.
(The Truth must never be released lest Politicians be exposed with fraudulent behaviour)

The Federal Liberal Government is going all out to discredit Political Activist Organisation, "Get Up" (of which I am a member)
Get Up is an independent, "issue-based" organisation. It advocates for progressive public policy change in Australia in the areas of the environment, economy, human rights and democracy.
Something the Government does not want or need.
Starting to sound like Australia is moving to emulate China

@Gusman We have somewhat of a Micro-trump situation in that the government sucks. But the opposition sucks just a little worse. And by running in favour of coal in a few seats in Queensland the government run by a slime ball marketing evangelical got back in.
Sadly the opposition doesnt seem to have learned from this. The problem of course is that things for most people are still quite good. So no one gets too pissed off on principle.
