Do you believe a homeowner should be charged for murder if he or she uses lethal force on a home invader.

There have been cases where the family of a perpetrator will demand legal action against someone who injured or killed their family member who broke into the home in the first place.

Do think this makes any sense?

I don’t see the point on killing someone running away.. I’d not Q a body riddled with bullets in the their front side.. @sunsporter1649
