Obama is gone so it doesn't matter. Trump talks and talks about doing something and never actually does.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow Now there is a logical statement, kinda like no reasonable prosecutor would indict
@sunsporter1649 Why not blame FDR? It is about as logical if you are just going to blame former presidents.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow It was my understanding that barry big ears' porkulus bill was to fix the infrastructure. Wonder where all that money went
@sunsporter1649 Yeah because 3 or 4 decades of neglect will be fixed in 2 years.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow He signed the bill in 2009, and left office in 2017. Must have been a fast two years
@sunsporter1649 Trump is just mad he can't take credit for it.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow Credit for "The new norm, 1.2 % annual growth in the economy"?
@sunsporter1649 Where did you get that percentage from? And if anything it is pretty well accepted that any growth can be pretty easily debunked and Trump and company seem to be getting account lessons from the Enron boys. Also even if it is legit Trump has made sure it is only temporary with his idiot trade war and volatility.

@sunsporter1649 Lol. You take an Op Ed from the National Post which might as well be the party propaganda paper of the Conservative Party of Canada as something serious?? Wow.
sunsporter1649 · 70-79, M
@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow And your version comes from where?
@sunsporter1649 Economists, not propagandists.
sunsporter1649 · 70-79, M
@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow You mean Mohamed A. El-Erian, Christine Lagarde, and Larry Summers were propagandists?
@sunsporter1649 You quoted an Op Ed from a right wing rag that is the unofficial party newspaper of the Conservatives. That is not exactly a serious source.
sunsporter1649 · 70-79, M
@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow You mean those folks did not say those things?
@sunsporter1649 Not sure how the word of a random business man, a lawyer and a thoroughly discredited economist matter.
sunsporter1649 · 70-79, M
@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow Funny how they worked for the IMF or the previous administration, is it not?
@sunsporter1649 Doesn't magically make the first two economists and Larry Summers is a joke. And the IMF is not exactly competent.
sunsporter1649 · 70-79, M
@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow And your superior economists are?
@sunsporter1649 You are just citing an Op Ed that has a quote from only one person who actually is an economist and was discredited over 20 years ago.
sunsporter1649 · 70-79, M
@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow Unable to support your claims then, eh?
@sunsporter1649 You are the one claiming an opinion piece proves something. The burden of proof is on you. Do I have to teach you how debate works too?
sunsporter1649 · 70-79, M
@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow Oh really? Name three economists that support your position
