In my 31 years, I never did the census. My parents never did it from what I recall.

So, it's not like it's going to do much of anything anyways from what's already being done

But since "a lot" turns out to be a very small portion of the population, your argument is essentially that changing the census doesn't matter because a tiny minority of residents manage to elude it. I do not find it persuasive.
