@gol979 I mentioned those yes, but he's calling treason on his countrymen/women simply because they're trying to call him to order and he doesn't like it. The only reason Trump and his cronies are for "Democracy" in Venezuela is because of the OIL! No other reason. I don't doubt for a minute this has "miraculously started" it's the hypocricy that astounds me. I'm not American so don't really care if your government is the Republican Party or the Democratic Party but Trump is doing your country, presuming you are American, no good whatsoever. This is the view from afar and it's not looking good.

I think you're misunderstanding me. I am saying that the reason they want to go into Venezuela has nothing to do with democracy......how can you "force" democracy on someone? And obviously the US government's actions towards Venezuela (economic sanctions, recognising a complete random bloke as president, threatening violence) has nothing to do with democracy. I'm agreeing with you.

@gol979 I agree with you. I looked up the meaning of "Treason" a while ago (being a history aficionado lol) and that definition just stuck in my mind. I may have to look at that again.
He has no policies. So you're quite correct, they don't veer too much at all except regarding whatever Obama put in place he's determined to destroy or nullify. His obvious hatred of the man, who was respected world wide regardless of his policies, is despicable and abhorant, in my opinion.

@Zoranna just look at Obama's policies. The most obvious one being how he handled the bankers crash in 2008 when he had a mandate and overwhelming public support to reshape the rapacious financial sector. What did he do? Bail them out with public money, gave the very people and organisations the responsibility to "regulate" themselves. He is a shill for the corporations......not as bad as trumpkins but represents the same power.
There's plenty more policies that Obama enacted to show him to be the opposite of what you think of him too.
