Should people in prison have the right to vote?

No, so long as they are incarcerated they shouldn't have that right. I do think they should have the right back after serving their sentence and any parole though. If we have deemed them to have served their debt to society, shouldn't they be afforded the rights that every other citizen has? (minus the right to bear arms for violent offenders of course)
