Andrew Yang is an actual business man that created thousands of jobs and isnt a proffesional politican. most of our current business models are based on 19th century circumstances but the world has drastically changed and we need new approaches to new struggles. Humanity first !

Jobs based on reality or jobs based on “the bottom line” to please stockholders, board members, and insurance companies? It’s sickening how many inflated businesses are out there just so that one millionaire can say to another “I’m making more money than you are”

That is how it SHOULD be...but many times it’s just a a man’s dream, and the cost of running a business is way out of control thanks to inflated greed that forms the “market value” of something.ive seen real business close time and time and time again.the ones that stay open are in a state of perpetual borrowing and loans they can never pay back... it’s the life of business cycle...that is why there aborediction of doom if ... I almost hate saying it... if people understood it would cause a greatest slap and recession. EVERYONE is chasing wealth, based on someone else’s lie... and it’s a very long long chain of lies.@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow

@Mindful the biggest lie is the myth of the free market economy. We have a command economy but unlike in other systems ours is designed to only benefit the fortune 500 and keep the rest just comfortable enough not to revolt.

When you put it that way (and I happen to agree that is how things are) it sounds rather pleasant compared to most countries, lol. Most people in our country don’t know real poverty and I’m glad. I am saddened by how the mentally ill are overlooked and I’m pretty sure that’s part of why we have mass shootings with increased frequency.@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow

As he should and I’m glad he is a good guy. i don’t believe in non-politicians running for President. Eisenhower is the exception but he was unique.@AngelofFail

@SW-User The problem with real career politicians is most of them have never had a real job, (Sanders) and don't know what it is to work for a real paycheck that is written by someone that has to make a profit to write that paycheck.

@Burnley123 I thought he was great from the sound of it except the part of him demonizing robots, then he lost me. I like robots and I don't like people that don't like robots because robots are really freaking cool and telling me you hate robots is like telling a Star Trek fan you don't like Star Trek, it just isn't a match made in heaven 🙄

Yeah. There is an idea. Hand over even more to big business. The US already has the best government money can buy. At least it would get rid of the fig leaf and the pretense that they are there for anyone but the Fortune 500.

I would love him in theory but he was demonizing robots. They studied robots that are designed to be human (look like human/act like them even though they're not perfect yet) and found that they helped autistic children socialize and learn emotion. Because children are kind of mean and autistic children can't learn the way a regular child does but they found success with robots.

I'm really tired of people talking crap against robots, they didn't do anything to anyone. Tired of all the literature about the "evil robots taking over the world" like whatever.

Yang has some decent policies. He's not my first primary choice but I'd vote for him in the general.

Being a business man on it's own isn't a qualification. Often enough for me it is a detriment. Bring me some scientists. Bring me some middle class factory workers. DC is full of lawyers and businessmen. We need people with other specialties and experiences. Specialties and experiences that aren't built around exploiting people for profit.

@ViciDraco i do agree on bringing an actual worker into the white house.. but while campaigning that person would loose his job and automatically become a full time politican. i work in science myself so i would welcome any technocratic approach.

Yeah, because the last few “non-politician business men” have worked out so well. No. I want someone who understands the system and knows how to actually perform the functions of the presidency.
