I asked someone earlier who said something about this.. and never got an answer of course. Anyway, how is it that someone could run for president if they really had these charges against him?

it's easy,. all he has to do is delay the trial until after the election OF COURSE
@lorne13: I'm not on Trumps or Clintons side.. but if it were true and they delayed the trial until after and for whatever reason he becomes guilty what are they going to do throw him in jail. This is just made up bs like it always is.

@pinkrainbowkisses: the rape charges against trump are certainly real and have been slowly moving through the legal system for years. If the Republicans want to have a candidate with a record like that it's their choice. Trump has a large team of expensive lawyers, and has been involved in over 3500 civil cases about refusing to pay for items ordered or refusing to pay taxes. The NY state department of finance has obtained liens on trump property for unpaid taxes at least 36 times. All this is easy to find on google and elsewhere

the first deposition was to have been sept 9th trump got it delayed.
