Occasionally here in the states I hear rumblings about a split among the countries/states (not sure what they call them) I wonder what your feelings are on such a split. Should Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland split or stay one country?

It's an incredibly complicated issue but I don't blame the Scottish, Welsh and Northern Irish from wanting indepedence. It's been going that way for a while and they now have their own parliaments, devolved from Westminster.
If it does happen and Scotland choose to re-enter the EU after Brexit, I am moving up there immediately.
@thatscottishguy Thank you. Means a lot. I've spent a lot of time up there in my life. I love it. Especially the people. Coming back to England is such a depressing experience. It genuinely smells bad down here. I only notice it when I've been away from it for a while.
@thatscottishguy I swear, you first notice a bit of an odour around Preston, then it gets worse in Bolton, and it hits you fully in Manchester. Still, at least I know it's not my fault, because it doesn't go away when I do! 😝

@GlassDog how do you know if you're not there to smell it? 🤔
