Do you actually beleive what you read? Seriously? Who do you think writes the "news"? Patron saints of honesty and impartiality? Not. Do you know who owns and runs most all major media conglomerates? Are you sincerely even interested in hearing anything outside the MSM news medium. Don't be so gullable to the point that you no longer formulate an independent thought not put there by others, or the "news". Analyze...truly educate yourself. You'll be quite surprised with the reality of the actual truth.
Anopenheart · 56-60, M
are you talking about the FUX news, Sinclair news, and right wing talk radio conglomerate that is basically the propaganda machine of the republican party? @Dotherightthing

The thing that amazes me is that people don't see that Russiagate is just a massive distraction.

Exactly we smart people have figured that out when you have enough of a hold you can start to dictate sometimes you need to install the right person as well to get away with it
whowasthatmaskedman · 70-79, M
@Longleggedlady Which is why Trump represents such a danger to the status quo. He he wakes up too many voters he could undo several decades of a well oiled machine.
Longleggedlady · 31-35, F
@whowasthatmaskedman I have no feelings for or against him I am not American ,but I quite like the stupid things he does they can be very financially beneficial

Patience. If it’s true, there will be a trail, and the investigators will find it all. Do you honestly think Trump and friends are clever and nuanced enough to pull off an international money laundering scheme without leaving a trail? If it’s not true, there won’t be a trail. At this point, I’m more interested in the truth and think a forced outcome either way would be the most destructive outcome for the long term.
Longleggedlady · 31-35, F
@SW-User if they have the right smart advisors etc doing it the trail will at best be difficult to trace even more difficult to follow and if it is gone through the right locations that will either be to embarrassed to reveal or alternatively be prepared for several two fingered salutes
Trump outright lied (as usual) and claimed he wasn’t trying to do business in Russia while running for president. But it certainly explains why:
1) He refuses to release his tax info—still
2) He refuses to divest from his business interests (generally done so there is no conflict of interest, even in appearance).

Corrupt, corrupt, corrupt. And the GOP allows it.
Longleggedlady · 31-35, F
People had morals back then
@Longleggedlady I wouldn’t say that, lol. But the government at least followed the rule of law.
Longleggedlady · 31-35, F
That is outdated concept now it is now more or less just a guideline

We've been told anything negative about Trump is fake, and some of us choose to embrace his amorality and dishonesty.

Granted, some of us still want to see a verdict, but for believers, that will just be proof of the conspiracy against him.
Longleggedlady · 31-35, F
Actually money is pretty disgusting and should be regularly laundered they tested a banknote and the amount of germs and other very unpleasant things they found on it would seriously put you off wanting to ever touch it again

And for some countries laundering is the only way they get any investment and funds to run the country

Russians or any other criminals were always laundering money in usa by buying properties. It's not a new thing.
Longleggedlady · 31-35, F
@Dan193 All Capone and probably before

@Longleggedlady @Longleggedlady I could be wrong. I admit it. I just can’t even imagine Russians loving their children or smiling in a joyous way. They just seem so negative and cynical about everything.
Longleggedlady · 31-35, F
They are the same towards their children as any other family anywhere in the world you have got to take into account that they lived under a very oppressive regime for a very long time where showing emotions was actually heavily discouraged freedom's that we take for granted were non existant for them Then bang the curtain fell down and everything flooded in one of the problems was that the west made sure that the worst aspects of our society went in in bulk amounts the Russian people were suddenly exposed to things they did not know how to cope with like any place it is going to take time to adjust and like anywhere the older generation is very resistant to change or are scared of it also take into account that most salaries there are well below 10 000 USD per annum plus most parts are very cold in winter some places - 20 C is as good as it gets for several months
ChipmunkErnie · 70-79, M
Court documents that have been made public, investigative journalism, statements by his own family, admissions by others.
Longleggedlady · 31-35, F
Personally I have no feelings for Trump not even American but You have got to separate business and politics
Business is a murky, dirty world with more than 50 Shades of Grey the bigger it gets the murkier, dirtier and the more shades of Grey there are
Politics is another very dirty world and sometimes politicians do things like say Sanctions that are in fact meaningless but it appears to do something so the general public goes away thinking wow they are making a stand against whatever it is and are happy again
hippyjoe1955 · 70-79, M
Who is laundering money for Russia?
Anopenheart · 56-60, M
real estate is one of the best ways to launder money, especially in dodgy third world countries which is why donald has most of his hotels there instead of paris and london.. Also, no reputable banks will loan him money after his numerous bankruptcies.. Deutcebank got fined for 600 million when they got busted for money laundering.. and it will come out in the Mueller probe that donald was working with that bank and russian oligarchs@hippyjoe1955

They say it's "fake"
Anopenheart · 56-60, M
people only listen to FUX news so they have an alternate view of reality.. they don't here about tall the lies and craziness "individual #1" does on a daily basis.. they are willfully ignorant so trying to have a meaningful debate with them is useless because you have to spend most of your time educating them.
Longleggedlady · 31-35, F
@Anopenheart what is FUX news
