Hope this isnt true

katielass · F
Once completely eradicated in the US these mexicans and central Americans have been bringing in TB at alarming rates. It's curable but one must take the meds for aprox 9 months. They generally don't follow through so the disease gets more powerful. And they are putting Americas at risk. But the dems don't care about us, they care only about future votes.
abe182 · 46-50, M
@katielass very true. Dems don't give a shit about America. Just power.
Sharky86 · 36-40, M
Typical info useful to right wing to create fake news and breed ignorant voters.
Sharky86 · 36-40, M

@PainfulTruth Yeah feel free to continue insulting me. XD XD XD
I suppose you're projecting your frustration on me, but I don't bother 41-45 years old little boy XD
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
And, that's not all. 83%+ of restaurant workers don't fully wash their hands or wash them at all after using the bathroom and before they handle food.

Tis true, just read an article yesterday where one of them died because of illness.
QuixoticSoul · 41-45, M
@soar2newhighs I read it. When you have someone in custody, you’re responsible for providing a certain level of medical care. It’s possible that it was provided, but it’s also possible that someone was negligent. And if the conditions directly lead to a fatality, that is also the responsibility of the government to prevent. The mom managed to sell the lawyers on it, they’re willing to take the gamble. Old fashioned capitalism.

Legal or illegal doesn’t matter, in that circumstance. Laws that cover this stuff do not make a distinction.
QuixoticSoul · 41-45, M
@MarmeeMarch You didn’t read the article. She didn’t catch anything that anyone can be vaccinated for. And it clearly happened in the detention center, not en-route - after two months in custody.
@QuixoticSoul
Looking at the CDC website it looks like there had to have been evaluations and immunization records that are on schedule similar to what he have here. You cant prevent deaths you can care for the sick and looking around it seems that this kid was sent to a couple of places to receive more intensive care.

The government did not neglect this child, they have all the documentation and medical records to prove that this child received medical attention in a timely manner. The plaintiffs have to prove that there was NO attention and or this child received attention that was below normal standards for anyone at this age.

And like I say - Good luck lady - proving malice or negligence against the treatment centers and hospitals that have all records locked in their computer system. Documented step by step.

I am going to call it like I see it - she sues for a ridiculous amount, of course the big law firm is rubbing their mitts together hoping to get half. But all she is really would settle for in my opinion is 250K and asylum. I would award her one ticket home on a bus.
QuixoticSoul · 41-45, M
That sounds like nonsense tbh. You can’t walk a few thousand miles with TB. It’s just not possible.

There may well be health issues in the caravan, but widespread TB isn’t going to be one of them.
@QuixoticSoul you could have latent TB and non symptomatic and that is not contagious - only when active
QuixoticSoul · 41-45, M
@MarmeeMarch Apparently, in the few weeks since they hung out with the Red Cross in Mexico City, half the caravan developed TB 😂
@QuixoticSoul I dont think so - ha ha
Many of the caravan people may well be harboring viral or bacterial infections, and given their journey, those conditions very likely which are contagious have affected otherwise health people in the caravan. I bring this up, as I saw an article re: A young girl(apparently the daughter of a woman seeking refugee or political asylum status)who passed away due to at the time from a condition, non life threatening earlier diagnosed. The key feature of the piece was the Wrongful death suit the Mother wants to file. The "Ambulance chasers" are the vultures waiting in the wings. This (illness and the 'wrongful death claims)is a part of the ill thought out caravan "experiment".
Graylight · 51-55, F
Outside far right media outlets, this in an ongoing unproven rumor.
Sharky86 · 36-40, M
@Graylight There's the same rumor in my country, already proved it was just fake news, and many others. In the end in USA (and my country) they won thanks to bullshit and fake news, so we can blame them, but not so much. People is ignorant and should not be allowed to vote so easily...
frogpond · 70-79, M
That is sad.....Hope they just stay in California then.

Now do the one about how they're infesting us!
😂 that’s a good one. Now do the one about ISIS and Soros
Burnley123 · 41-45, M
It's worse for them than for you
its a long walk and you can pick up all sorts if things if you are not well to start off with - most prob were malnourished to begin with.
You can thank the Mexican government for not doing enough for them.
curiosi · 61-69, F
@MarmeeMarch They tried, the "refugees" declined as they would rather invade America.
@curiosi I dont know but its a long walk and it would seem that they would have pleanty of chances to help. Any harm to them - like I predicted weeks ago when this started is on the hands of the Mexican Gov.
LyricalOne · F
Sadly, it wouldn’t surprise me at all.
abe182 · 46-50, M
