Ah good. Trump is undermining the justice system.

John Roberts disagrees, but good news! Thanks to Trump's clarification that judges are political, we can freely ignore the judgments of the judges he appointed.

MAGA!

Lol yep, thanks donnie for the clarification
Because America was so Great before Marbury v Madison.

Since they are appointed by the President and confirmed by the Senate by definition federal judges are political.

Your heads will spins like owls when he appoint the third Justice and there might be a fourth. @WoodyAq @room101

@jackjjackson All political appointees who should be accorded greatly diminished respect ... according to the man's own words.

@jackjjackson My head wont spin at all, regardless of how many Supreme Court judges he may or may not appoint. Because, as I've told you previously, your system is totally messed up.

You said that you wanted to have discussions in a rational and civil manner. To be rational, one has to look at all sides of a given situation and admit faults where faults are present. One has to provide reasoned arguments in rebuttal to points made. One has to provide supporting evidence where possible and when required. One must confine oneself to the topic being discussed and not introduce irrelevant points which are intended to derail and confuse.

To be civil, one has to avoid ridiculing others who have differing opinions to our own. Especially when those opinions are rationally presented and are factual and truthful. One should avoid dismissing arguments based on perceived bias. Especially when we are unable to provide rebuttal evidence.

I invite you to go through this entire thread with a self critical perspective.

We can understand the leftard rulings from the 9th circuit in light of the President's obvious statement that judges are political. Only an idiot or an apologist would assert otherwise.

@redredred Okay, that's not English.

And based on ethnic origins!
Did HE 'imply' that CJ Roberts lied ?
WoodyAq · M
@softspokenman Nope. Just straight out said that Roberts was wrong about the justice system being about the law. So we have now Obama justices ... and by extension, Trump justices.

So the opinions of Kavanaugh and Gorsuch no longer carry any independent weight. They are properly seen as extensions of Trump's ego.
