That's the problem with "norm-breaking". When you break them, then nobody has to pay attention to them. Which is fine, when it is just you. Not so fun when it's the people you disagree with.

What world are you living in where American Conservatives who support Trump are apologizing to anyone? Saying sorry is not something they feel they have to do, they believe you should be thanking them.
