is anyone else kinda getting tired of the "me too" stuff?

I mean what woman hasn't occasionally used her ways to get something from a man? how many traffic tickets have I gotten out of by unbuttoning just one button? so many Fridays I got to go home early by a little harmless teasing of the boss? women are acting like it is the end of the world because when they were in hs, some guy touched thier boob. cmon everbody.

Like all social movements in America, it had its merits, but now it has been co-opted by liars, fakers and scammers so it has outlived its usefulness.

Proof?

It's not a social movement. It's the evolution of women's equality and refusal to be a victim.

@Graylight The Chris Hardwick and Asia Argento revelations removed any sort of legitimacy the movement had. I don't believe there is any empirical way to prove or disprove the movement is no longer effective.

@Graylight refusal to be a victim? you mean declaring yourself a victim. because a guy touched your boob when you were making out in the 8th grade.

@SumKindaMunster So two out of thousands? Don't get me wrong, women who use sexual harassment and abuse are vile and set females back by years, but research has found that the vast majority of reported incidents are legitimate. Why sacrifice the many for the wrongs of a few?

You are the poster child for Why Women Need to be Empowered.

This is why you have to be careful when these movements start, because that's exactly what happened here. It was beneficial at first, but again got co-opted by liars and scammers and once that happens, the legitimacy of the movement is over.
