She wasn't "shit-faced drunk." She had wine with dinner. She's been known to doze at these speeches before; she's far from the first.
Ginsberg is 85 years old. If you knew anything of her history, you'd probably surmise she's never been drunk in her life.

Hoooollllly shit! President Obama and Justice Ginsberg, went to a high school party, got shitfaced, and tried to gag and rape a 15-year old girl, and then lied about their drinking history, when asked about it, under oath, at a Senate hearing?
If I were President Obama, the right thing to do, would have been, to write a book, where I admit to drinking and smoking weed, while in high school. That would have been the honest thing to do.
Justice Ginsberg, should not have had a glass of California red, from a bottle brought to the dinner party, by Justice Kennedy, and then going the next day, to an event, that Justice Scalia said he stopped attending years ago.
