They seem to think that Bruce Ohr is a bigger threat to America than Vladimir Putin. 🤔

How would any Trump supporter be able to accomplish this?

Or are you really talking about Trump's decision to the declassify the FISA memos?

@BizSuitStacy I'm talking about how they are spreading nonsense aimed at providing political cover for Trump to shutdown the Russia investigation.

@WoodyAq what political cover? People simply don't believe there was any collusion between Trump and the Russians. Two years into the investigation and there is NOTHING. It's not even logical to think Russia would prefer Trump. Why would the Russians torpedo the campaign of a woman who gave them the reset button and handed over 20% of the USA's uranium rights?

People hate Trump. We get that. But it's even easier for Trump supporters to turn the argument the other way and say that the investigation is a hoax in order to sway the midterms in November because the ultimate goal is to impeach.

The best part of this... The FISA memos are getting declassified. We will all get to see the truth for ourselves. We are already seeing the pushback coming from the left in the name of "protecting national security." The truth is these folks are squirming because they are about to be exposed for propogating one of the greatest political conspiracies in this country's history. If I'm wrong...I will profusely apologize, but don't bet on it.

Well, you've kinda illustrated the point. Trump is desperately trying to discredit an investigation that hasn't concluded, and has yet to report its key findings, in the hopes that when the facts come out, people simply won't believe them.

But the facts so far are NOT NOTHING. Trump's assertion that the Russians did not meddle in the 2016 election (and continues to meddle now) has shown to be categorically false. At least 5 members of the Trump campaign were aware of these efforts and had meetings and correspondence with agents representing the Kremlin. Not only did they not notify the FBI about the Russians' intentions, but they systematically lied about it (two pled guilty to lying) but Don Jr. expressed a desire to work with the Russian government.

This cooperation coincided with pro-Russian changes to Republicans' policy platform.

And yet you, and other Trump supporters deride all this as nothing, and want to given Russia a free pass on attacking America.
