Thoughts on Brett Kavanaugh?

A few very controversial positions:
1. Net Neutrality is unconstitutional.
2. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is unconstitutional.
3. A sitting president cannot be indicted.
4. Trump may fire Robert Mueller if ever and whenever he wants.

All true, a true constitutionalist.

@jackson55 None of those 4 are controversial. I can not find anything in the Constitution about net neutrality, nor the consumer protection agency. The Constitution specifically grants the President can fire anybody who works for him, and the courts have ruled that a sitting President can not be indicted.
@jackson55 How is net neutrality unconstitutional ? And as someone who uses the internet yourself, do you want restrictions and price gauging on your service ?

@bijouxbroussard B, there's nothing in the constitution about abortion rights either.
@jackson55 I didn’t ask about abortion rights—I asked about internet service. Do you want restrictions and price gauging on your service ?

@jackson55 Shhhh, don't tell them that, they will be so upset.
