we need a few billionaires to step up to the plate and buy huge apartment buildings and make them all 3 and 1/2 apartments for the poor and solve catch 22 by giving them a lease up front for cheap rent like 300 a month electricity included in the rent , without proof of living quarters no welfare in canada anyways , so with the lease up front one can get welfare by having a living mail address , just some food and misc stuff maybe still needed
