Does this really portend doom?
NakedExperiment · 51-55, M
@Lizabee No
SatanBurger · 36-40, FVIP
Do you know what pop does in your body? Maybe it's a good thing that the British won't end up like half of America. Pop causes premature aging because it literally kills cells and keeps them from regenerating. Yikes.
katielass · F
@SatanBurger No it doesn't. Jeez, lefties are so stupid, they believe the dumbest stuff.
SatanBurger · 36-40, FVIP
@katielass Then by your own logic you don't believe in diabetes because the same people who said that also said pop causes diabetes, weight gain, and so many more health problems. Please educate yourself before you spout off "HEHEHEHE STOOPID LIBERAL SAID SCIENCE STUFFS!"
SatanBurger · 36-40, FVIP
@katielass I dun understand.. wats scienses dood *picks nose.*

I think this rule is a good thing.
Sometimes you want the government to legislate on public standards, particularly for children. Alchohol and tobacco are regulated so why not here?

@Burnley123 I agree, don't leave anything up to the parents.
Burnley123 · 41-45, M
@nudistsueaz Its about not leaving it up to the kids. You can't stope em.
Sicarium · 46-50, M
On the bright side, the British government will now persecute others on your behalf if you're an Islamic exremist.

@Graylight Lawl, you people are hopeless. You come in here, lie about my comment, insult me, and then whine when I call you a liar and insult you back. And it's not even subtle. Even a semi-intelligent person could read and see @lorne13 was lying his ass off. But that's too much of an IQ level for you, apparently. But the best part is why. You people have to derail every conversation. You can't argue intelligently, you can't dispute anything anyone says. Mainly because you know they're right. And you want people to keep their heads buried. So you lie, you deceive, you derail. And then you whine.
You want civility? How about not lying? How about not calling someone a goon based on a lie? And you idiots wonder why the country is so divided.
So, no, I'm done with you fucks. Get fucked. It's the only thing you understand. Anything else would require some level of basic honesty, which neither of you fucks are capable of.
But cry some more about someone being mean to you because you're an asshole. Bye bye now.

Fun fact - in Canada when I was growing up Mountain Dew never had caffeine. A strange law banned caffeine in citrus sodas for a longass time. Had no idea why Americans were so obsessed with it.
Picklebobble2 · 56-60, M
Given the flood of 'energy drinks' into the diet of many in recent times it's probably a wise move.

@Picklebobble2 and deaths
Graylight · 51-55, F
Well, they were already born Brits, so the Universe obviously doesn't care for them to begin with.

@Graylight LOL. Damn right.
NakedExperiment · 51-55, M
It's part of a move to deal with the growing caffeine addiction problem (especially amongst children) and it's not law - the supermarkets have got together and started this themselves to improve their image. They don't want to be seen to be part of the problem.
Actually, I didn't realise Coke was included in the policy, I thought it only applied to the high-caffeine energy drinks (Redbull, Taurus etc.)

@NakedExperiment They should do something like that in America but there is a select group of people that love diabetes and would wish it upon our future generation so it wouldn't happen here.
Me and Diabetes would be a really good romantic movie idea based on a true story for that reason alone 😊

Meh. People drink too much of the stuff anyway.

@Sniper Caffeine isn't the issue. The freedom to consume caffeine or not, your choice, is the issue. These same idiots who are trying to control caffeine intake are not at all concerned about smoking pot, which is worse for your lungs than cigarettes. It isn't about your health, it's about controlling who is making the money.

I wonder how long before Brits are coming here illegally. Surely they can see this for what it is and will rebel. Or will they.
