Is this superior to having teeth in some way? Am I at some sort of disadvantage because my only option to always have teeth in my mouth?

@MaBalzEsHari You have me confused with someone who cares what people on SW think. 😂

@WanderingThrough Ditto.

I just had the last of my lower crowns pulled. Now I'm totally toothless. I have a full upper denture and a new temp lower. My gums are still healing, but there isn't much pain. I like the feeling of having bare, empty gums.

Doesn't seem like an advantage haha

@SW-User It's nice to have the option. Bare gums feel good, especially for eating certain foods and for letting some nice whiskey or wine roll over them.

And you don’t have to floss, right?
Corsair · 80-89, M
@CookieCrumbs Right! I hated flossing. My teeth went south due to reflux, so not flossing wasn't much of a factor.

Reminds me of when my grandparents used to go out to dinner. They'd order steaks. Grandma would be enjoying her meal, while grandpa watched. The waitress would ask, is there something wrong with your steak? He'd say, no...it's her turn to use the teeth.

@AndysAttic It can be an enjoyable experience, although not everyone will think so.
does that counter for downside of them escaping when you would prefer they didn't?
Much thanks for the Timely Reminder.
