One of the best things about havng dentures is that you can take them out when you want to.

Is this superior to having teeth in some way? Am I at some sort of disadvantage because my only option to always have teeth in my mouth?

@WanderingThrough I don't think that you are disadvantaged, but that there is a definite advantage to having dentures and being able to remove them and have the best of both the toothed and toothless experiences.
