Threw my back out on Saturday

Took me a full 5 minutes to get out of bed this morning.
Awful back pain when dressing, walking, even sitting.
Made an appointment for a Chiropractor this morning. Awaiting phone call to see if a spot is available.

That's the problem with people these days. They're too wasteful. Imagine throwing out a perfectly good back.

Someone told me Chiropractor supply them. 😄
