Lower back pain

I have a lower back pain (just above my waist line) but I only have the pain when I wake up in the morning. When I get up in the morning it feels like I’ve pulled my back but within a few mins of moving around the pain goes away. It is always happen when I wake up in the morning.
Any suggestions??

Yoga… a lot of warming up and stretches. Warm baths and light stretching throughout the day. Also, look up exercises to build a stronger core and back. Not expert advice, but what can go wrong with stretching and strengthening the area that is more vulnerable?
