Lower back pain

I have a lower back pain (just above my waist line) but I only have the pain when I wake up in the morning. When I get up in the morning it feels like I’ve pulled my back but within a few mins of moving around the pain goes away. It is always happen when I wake up in the morning.
Any suggestions??

Regular stretches might help you to strengthen your back muscles.

How often do you stretch? Do you exercise regularly? That will help loosen and strengthen your muscles

Yoga… a lot of warming up and stretches. Warm baths and light stretching throughout the day. Also, look up exercises to build a stronger core and back. Not expert advice, but what can go wrong with stretching and strengthening the area that is more vulnerable?
