How to respond?

Im having back pain still from chiropractor last week..my back realllyy hurt last week after a treatment, when it typically does not do that. But I'm there primarily for realigning my jaw, so I'd like to take a break from back treatments. Im going to say "I would like to only do jaw now, my back is sore", but last time when my back was tender, they said "You still need the treatment, even if sore, and that it would help it." I truly dont want another back adjustment so how do I respond if they say that? I really hate confrontation 🙁

Print these words you've just put down and put it in an envelope ..

Hand it to the receptionist when you sign in and ask her to make sure hand it to your chiropractor before you see him/her

@SledgeHammer Im going to email them I think, although last time i had an issue and emailed they didnt reply. I guess ill need to say, can you send me your thoughts? Because if they bring it up there at the place, like last time, (in replying to me) Ill get nervous, because Im sure they may say I should continue back treatment. But its my body, really.

@SledgeHammer Thanks sledgehammer...I just want them to accept my decision without pushing why I should still get back or neck treatments. But hopefully it will go smoothly. Ty again for your ideas🌺
