My breakfast table and chairs are higher than standard, and I found after extended periods of sitting at it(feet not reaching the floor) my back begins to hurt... It's likely a position you are in causing the pain

I know that I have a bulging disc and a comprised vertebra from several years ago, when I had a MRI. The neurologist also said that I have a mild form of cerebral palsy, it took over 40 years to find that out.

@Smart23 omg I’m sorry to hear that yeah unfortunately I know the pain of having to live with bulging discs that’s what I had the first time pinched nerves and herniated discs in my spine

Both @SW-User and @GERRI offer sound advice - if you can't narrow down the "why" by examining new positions you've been holding for extended periods, a visit to the clinic for an x-ray might be in order.
Smart23 · 51-55, F
@VeronicaPrincess It starts immediately, right when I lay down and it doesn't matter what position I am laying in.

Sounds like you need to get x-rays to see if there's anything going on with your spine.
