I only have back pain when I am laying down. I get a stabbing feeling and a sharp pressure feeling in my lower back. [I Have Lower Back Pain]

I have lower back pain as well have had it for 10 years I’ve had surgery twice on and even now I’m still in pain I reinjured it last nov working and went to get it looked at I didn’t hurt my spine I just reaggravated my sciatic nerve and to this day because of all the nerve damage I have I get a numbing sensation on my right side of my body my foot and leg gets numb the pain comes and goes not much else but to deal with the pain
