Have you tried getting a massage for that to ease the pain? Or is that not accessable for you? ^^"

It's almost been a year since this post. Have you got help for this? There is a lot you can do to strengthen your back and spine stability (source: self, living with disc degeneration and chronic back pain for 20+ years).
KingFeeder · 36-40, M
Harleen, most people can't be on their feet for an hour, let alone a few hours with only a 10 minute break. You may be more blessed than most, but you are also tougher than anyone else it could have happened to. Hang in there!

Did you ever try the pregnancy bra? Did it help?
Sorry to hear that, have you spoken to the women in the bigboobproblems reddit? While it’s mostly complaining (understandable lol) there are some helpful advice regarding finding custom bras. I would highly encourage getting a custom bra, that properly fits! That should help tremendously with posture, pain, and confidence. Most women seem to wait till it’s too late and opt for surgery. Save yourself and your back some pain please. Save up, do a go fund me or whatever you have to, but get one. Also please use what ever support you can including tables. My ex-girlfriend often did that(she didn’t have macromastia just disproportionally busty). But she also had me checking her posture and giving her shoulder and back massages too lol (I was happy too). While I would never suggest surgery unless dire, you should explore every support and option you have to make yourself comfortable and confident in the body God gave you. Listen you your body and gut, and Take care of yourself.

Just thinking of the physics of it nothing but resting them like you did on tne table or some kind of support linked to a weight hanging behind you over the shoulder would work

nursing bras are a godsend

they're kinda ugly, but they come in bigger sizes, are stretchy, and get the job done
Annie1899 · 36-40, F
@Annie1899 @Emdowd I wish they could make them prettier though.
Emdowd · 18-21, F
@Annie1899 ugly bras hide pretty (big) boobs
Annie1899 · 36-40, F
@Emdowd I like how you put that. Still, so many women have no choice of style and colors when it comes to bras.

Sorry to read that you're going through these struggles, I can diffidently relate. Pain meds are part of my life I also push to do exercises to condition certain muscle groups to help with pain related to pain

DaddyThomas · 46-50, MVIP
Have a special measured bra. That will help you
QuietEd2019 · 31-35, M
Resting your breasts on a table seems a good way to get a break from carrying them 🤗🤗🤗
smileylovesgaming · 31-35, F
Why don't you get them smaller
Strictdad1965 · 56-60, M
I couldn’t imagine having that much on your chest how uncomfortable it would be I’m glad I’m a guy I hope you find ways to make it better for you
HotPizza71 · 51-55, M
