Back/Neck pain due to my condition

Lately I've been having pain in my upper back, neck and shoulders. I've been diagnosed with Macromastia last year, and since then I've been slowly growing through the alphabet. I thought it might just be my bra not fitting me correctly, but I have this pain even without wearing a bra. Laying down and painkillers help, but I can't stay on my feet for more than a few hours without needing to sit for 10 minutes to recover.

Although I shouldn't be doing this, I rest my boobs on the table which really helps take off the weight from my chest but it's not always something I can do (especially in public!)

I've heard wearing a pregnancy bra would help but I'm not sure.
Sorry to hear that, have you spoken to the women in the bigboobproblems reddit? While it’s mostly complaining (understandable lol) there are some helpful advice regarding finding custom bras. I would highly encourage getting a custom bra, that properly fits! That should help tremendously with posture, pain, and confidence. Most women seem to wait till it’s too late and opt for surgery. Save yourself and your back some pain please. Save up, do a go fund me or whatever you have to, but get one. Also please use what ever support you can including tables. My ex-girlfriend often did that(she didn’t have macromastia just disproportionally busty). But she also had me checking her posture and giving her shoulder and back massages too lol (I was happy too). While I would never suggest surgery unless dire, you should explore every support and option you have to make yourself comfortable and confident in the body God gave you. Listen you your body and gut, and Take care of yourself.

Resting your breasts on a table seems a good way to get a break from carrying them 🤗🤗🤗

nursing bras are a godsend

they're kinda ugly, but they come in bigger sizes, are stretchy, and get the job done

@Annie1899 @Emdowd I wish they could make them prettier though.

@Annie1899 ugly bras hide pretty (big) boobs

@Emdowd I like how you put that. Still, so many women have no choice of style and colors when it comes to bras.

Just thinking of the physics of it nothing but resting them like you did on tne table or some kind of support linked to a weight hanging behind you over the shoulder would work

Sorry to read that you're going through these struggles, I can diffidently relate. Pain meds are part of my life I also push to do exercises to condition certain muscle groups to help with pain related to pain

I couldn’t imagine having that much on your chest how uncomfortable it would be I’m glad I’m a guy I hope you find ways to make it better for you

Have you tried getting a massage for that to ease the pain? Or is that not accessable for you? ^^"

Have a special measured bra. That will help you
