As a kid with lots of freckles, how were you treated by others?

I was teased constantly as a kid about my abundance of freckles all over my body and face. Anyone else have this experience?

I had a lot a a child, but they faded as I got older. I never got teased for them

@Coralmist On girls freckles are always seen as cute, but on boys, they always were a source of bullying.
