@LeighD In the 1970's Colt reproduced that line for a few years. It very well could be one of them. The bluing is in tact. It almost never is on an original.
@Musicman being from England it’s not the kind of thing you see people holding guns, it’s kinda exciting

@LeighD

You can't own guns in European countries

@HumanEarth For rattlesnake mostly. But some snakes go around wearing two legs. An old Western saying.

@LeighD I was shooting it just the other day.

@HumanEarth I had one. Terrible kick. I was happier hunting with a 207. Saved my shoulder from some pain at the target range.

That's the truth right there. But the distance with a scope I could get

@HumanEarth I've hunted deer and antelope fairly well with a fifty cal. in line black powder I have. Open sight. It's good practice for a hunter to keep the ability to get within 100 yds. of the animal .
@HumanEarth you can’t own them in the UK not hand guns, I think farmers etc can own shot guns etc. to be fair I’m not sure but you certainly don’t see them carried around. I have never even seen one in real life let alone fired one

@LeighD America is probably headed that way. For now, I'm glad I can hunt and feed my family.
